Terms and conditions of Apartments Villa Schmalzl in Ortisei / Val Gardena

Important information for a carefree stay in the heart of the Dolomites.

Prices

The prices for the apartments are weekly. Bedlinen and towels included. The price includes also taxes, like energy, water, waste, heating, VAT. (10%) and final cleaning.

Local tax

The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is Euro 1.75 per person per night. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is possible after 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. and check-out before 9.00 a.m. Please inform us, if your arrival is delayed after 8 p.m.

Reservation

Reservations are valid only with a hotel deposit to be paid by bank transfer and with our confirmation by mail, fax or email. I case of cancellation of your reservation you will lost your deposit.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation no later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. Outside the above mentioned period the following cancellation fees will be charged:

• In case of a cancellation of up to 3 month before the holiday beginning until 1 month before, you have to pay 40% of the entire arrangement price.
• In case of cancellation from 1 month until 1 week before arrival, 70% of the entire arrangement price will be charged.
• For cancellation under 1 week before arrival 100% of the entire arrangement price will be charged.

In case of belated arrival or earlier departure, we calculate the entire reserved time of stay.
We also refer to the “General Terms and Conditions” of the accommodation facilities associated with the Tourism Offices of Val Gardena” in their respective valid version which regulate the present accommodation contract.

Mobility

Mobility has always been important in Val Gardena. Skiers can leave their car at home and still access the slopes in an easy and comfortable manner. That's what makes skiing even more fun.
